Shipping documents
Documents are light, quick to clear and usually duty-free, which makes them the fastest thing we ship.
Common document shipments
- University transcripts and degrees
- Attested documents for visas and employment
- Signed contracts and legal papers
- Passports, when sent to an embassy or the holder (check the embassy's rules first)
How to send
Place documents in a plastic sleeve inside our document envelope so they cannot get wet or bent. Use express; it is usually the best value for documents and the most predictable.
Originals vs copies
If the receiver only needs copies, scan and email them. Ship originals only when they are genuinely required.
