Express flies on the next available departure and is delivered by a premium carrier. Economy is consolidated through Dubai or a UK hub, so it is slower but cheaper for heavier parcels.

You choose. With duties paid (DDP) you pay at booking and the receiver pays nothing. With DAP the receiver pays any charges at delivery.

A copy of the sender's CNIC, the receiver's full address and phone number, and a list of contents with values. We prepare the invoice from that.

Dry, sealed, labelled food is usually fine. Meat, dairy, homemade and fresh food is usually refused. See the food and spices guide.

Only some, in personal quantities, with a prescription. Several countries, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia, refuse medicines that are sold freely in Pakistan.

Use our tracking page with your reference. Once the parcel reaches destination you also get the local carrier's tracking number.

Basic carrier liability is limited. With optional insurance, you are covered up to the declared value. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
