Express delivery
Express is our fastest service. Parcels fly on the next available departure and are cleared and delivered by a premium carrier at destination.
When express makes sense
- Documents with a deadline: visa papers, university applications, signed contracts
- Wedding and Eid outfits that need to arrive before a date
- Samples for a client meeting abroad
- Small, high-value items where a shorter journey means less risk
Typical express transit times
| Destination | Typical working days |
|---|---|
| UAE | 2 to 4 |
| Saudi Arabia | 3 to 6 |
| UK | 3 to 6 |
| USA | 4 to 7 |
| Canada | 5 to 8 |
| Australia | 5 to 8 |
These are typical times from pickup, not guarantees. Customs inspections and public holidays can add days. If your deadline is tight, tell us when you ask for a quote and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
What affects the price
Express is charged by chargeable weight, so a light but bulky box costs more than its weight suggests. Compact packing saves money. For anything over about 10 kg that is not urgent, economy is usually much cheaper.
Questions people ask
Can’t find your answer? Our team replies on WhatsApp during working hours.
Ask on WhatsAppWhat is the cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
Parcels handed over at a branch by early afternoon are usually processed the same day. Ask the branch for that day's cut-off.
Is express always faster than economy?
Yes in transit, but customs at destination works the same for both. An incomplete invoice will delay either service.
