Courier service from Pakistan to USA

Our US service flies parcels into New York (JFK), clears them through US customs, then hands them to a domestic carrier for delivery anywhere in the 50 states. The duties-paid option means the receiver does not get a customs bill at the door.

Who this route is for

This lane is used mostly by online sellers shipping orders to US buyers; families in the US receiving clothes and gifts; businesses sending samples to US clients. You can drop parcels at our Lahore or Faisalabad branch, or book a pickup from your home or warehouse.

Transit times and how the rate is worked out

ServiceTypical transit after pickup
Express via JFK4 to 7 working days
Economy via JFK8 to 14 working days

Times are typical working days, not guarantees. Customs inspections, public holidays and remote addresses can add time; we tell you if anything changes.

Your rate depends on four things: the chargeable weight (the higher of actual and volumetric weight), the service level, whether you choose duties paid, and whether you want insurance. Measure your box with the volumetric weight calculator before you ask for a quote and you will get an accurate number first time.

Documents, duties and DDP for USA

  • The US suspended its $800 duty-free de minimis allowance for imported parcels in 2025, so most shipments, including many low-value ones, are now assessed for duty. Rates depend on the type of goods and their country of origin.
  • With our duties-paid (DDP) service, we calculate the duties at booking, include them in your rate, and settle them at clearance. The receiver signs for the parcel and pays nothing extra.
  • Accurate descriptions matter more on this lane than any other. “Clothes” is not enough; write “3 women's cotton kurtas” with a value for each. Vague invoices are the most common cause of holds at JFK.

What you need to send

  • CNIC copy of the sender
  • Commercial invoice with item descriptions, quantities, values and material (for clothing: fabric and gender)
  • Receiver's US address with ZIP code, phone number and email
  • For commercial shipments, the receiver's EIN or the sender's details for the customs entry

Restricted items for USA

Alongside our general prohibited items list, these need special care or cannot go to USA:

  • Meat and meat products, fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Prescription medicine without a prescription and doctor's note
  • Items made from protected wildlife, ivory or certain leathers
  • Lithium batteries shipped loose
  • Counterfeit branded goods, which US Customs seizes

Questions about shipping to USA

Can’t find your answer? Our team replies on WhatsApp during working hours.

Ask on WhatsApp
What does “via JFK, duties paid” mean?

Your parcel flies into New York, we clear it through customs and pay the import duties on your behalf, then a US carrier delivers it. The duty is included in the rate you pay us, so the receiver has nothing to pay.

Is there still a duty-free limit for parcels to the USA?

The $800 de minimis exemption was suspended in 2025, so most parcels are now assessed for duty regardless of value. Personal gifts may still qualify for limited exemptions. We tell you the expected charge when we quote.

How long to California or Texas?

Allow one to three extra days after JFK clearance for delivery across the country. Express parcels typically reach the West Coast in 5 to 8 working days in total.

Can I ship my online store's orders this way?

Yes. Many of our US shipments are e-commerce orders. See our e-commerce sellers page for consolidated shipping and how we label individual orders.
