Most of what we ship is personal: clothes and wedding outfits for family in the UK, Eid parcels for relatives in Dubai and Riyadh, and documents for visa and university applications. A growing share comes from Pakistani online sellers whose customers are abroad, and from Faisalabad textile firms sending samples to buyers.
Every route starts at one of our two branches in Punjab. Our Lahore branch is the main hub, and our Faisalabad branch serves the city and nearby districts.

Yes. We collect from homes and offices across both cities, usually the same or next working day.

Yes, with our duties-paid (DDP) option. You pay the estimated duty and tax at booking and the parcel is delivered with nothing to pay.
What can't I send?
Cash, jewellery, weapons, drugs, flammable items, loose batteries, and most meat, dairy and fresh food. Some medicines are refused by certain countries. See the prohibited items page.
How long does delivery take?
Express usually takes 2 to 4 working days to the UAE, 3 to 6 to the UK and 4 to 7 to the USA. Economy is slower and cheaper for heavier parcels.
