Courier service from Pakistan to UK
Most of what we send to the UK is family parcels, clothing and online orders for sellers with UK buyers. Parcels leave Lahore or Faisalabad, are consolidated through Dubai or flown to a UK hub, then go out for final delivery with a UK carrier.

Who this route is for
This lane is used mostly by families sending clothes, food items and gifts to relatives; Pakistani brands selling to UK customers; students and professionals moving documents. You can drop parcels at our Lahore or Faisalabad branch, or book a pickup from your home or warehouse.
Transit times and how the rate is worked out
| Service | Typical transit after pickup |
|---|---|
| Express | 3 to 6 working days |
| Economy via Dubai or UK hub | 7 to 12 working days |
Times are typical working days, not guarantees. Customs inspections, public holidays and remote addresses can add time; we tell you if anything changes.
Your rate depends on four things: the chargeable weight (the higher of actual and volumetric weight), the service level, whether you choose duties paid, and whether you want insurance. Measure your box with the volumetric weight calculator before you ask for a quote and you will get an accurate number first time.
Documents, duties and DDP for UK
- The UK charges import VAT on most parcels. For goods sent to a business or private buyer, VAT is generally due on the value of the goods, and customs duty applies on many goods valued over £135.
- Genuine gifts between individuals worth £39 or less are normally free of duty and VAT. Gifts above that, and anything bought or sold, are taxed.
- With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, the duty and VAT are worked out and paid before delivery, so the receiver does not get a separate bill from the carrier. With DAP (Delivered At Place), the receiver pays any charges, often with a carrier handling fee on top.

Questions about shipping to UK
Can’t find your answer? Our team replies on WhatsApp during working hours.
Ask on WhatsAppHow long does a parcel take from Lahore to London?
Express parcels usually arrive in 3 to 6 working days after pickup. Economy parcels routed through Dubai or a UK hub usually take 7 to 12 working days. We confirm the time when we quote.
Will my relative in the UK have to pay customs?
That depends on the value and whether it is a gift. Gifts up to £39 are normally exempt. Above that, VAT and possibly duty apply. With our duties-paid option you settle these when you book, so your relative pays nothing on delivery.
Can I send homemade food to the UK?
Dry, sealed and commercially packed items such as spices, tea, sweets and snacks are usually accepted. Meat, dairy and homemade cooked food are not. Check our food and spices guide before packing.
Do you deliver outside London?
Yes. We deliver to any UK postcode, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Remote Highland and island postcodes can take a day or two longer.
