Quotes

Quotes are based on the contents, weight, dimensions and destination you give us. If the parcel differs when we weigh and measure it, the price is updated and you can choose to proceed or cancel.

Transit times

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, airline capacity, public holidays or incorrect addresses.

Your responsibilities

• Declare the contents and value accurately
• Do not include prohibited items
• Pack items suitably, or ask us to pack them
• Provide a complete receiver address and phone number

Customs

Customs authorities may inspect, delay, tax or seize goods. Duties and taxes are payable by the receiver unless you have chosen duties paid (DDP). Goods seized because they were prohibited or mis-declared are not refundable.

Liability and insurance

Without insurance, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the carrier's standard liability. With optional insurance, cover is up to the declared value, subject to the exclusions on our insurance page. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for damage, or within 30 days of shipping for loss.
